GeneRIFs: Gene References Into Functions What's a GeneRIF?
Immunohistochemically, 50% or more of the canine prostate cancer cases showed expression of PSA, PSMA, UPIII, CK7, CK5, CK14, and CK18.
Title: Histopathological and immunohistochemical characterization of canine prostate cancer.
Canine prostate epithelium displayed a highly differentiated character, with most cells expressing CK18 and PSA. After castration, prostate epithelium regressed, and the tubule cells showed a ductal phenotype of CK5, CK18, and CK7.

The following KRT18 gene cDNA ORF clone sequences were retrieved from the NCBI Reference Sequence Database (RefSeq). These sequences represent the protein coding region of the KRT18 cDNA ORF which is encoded by the open reading frame (ORF) sequence. ORF sequences can be delivered in our standard vector, pcDNA3.1+/C-(K)DYK or the vector of your choice as an expression/transfection-ready ORF clone. Not the clone you want? Comment | Comment: VALIDATED REFSEQ: This record has undergone validation or preliminary review. The reference sequence was derived from AAEX03015001.1. On Sep 21, 2016 this sequence version replaced XM_534794.5. Sequence Note: The RefSeq transcript and protein were derived from genomic sequence to make the sequence consistent with the reference genome assembly. The genomic coordinates used for the transcript record were based on alignments. ##Evidence-Data-START## RNAseq introns :: single sample supports all introns SAMEA4547742 [ECO:0000348] ##Evidence-Data-END## ##RefSeq-Attributes-START## inferred exon combination :: based on alignments, homology ##RefSeq-Attributes-END## |
