GeneRIFs: Gene References Into Functions What's a GeneRIF?
The physical interaction between phytochrome A in the Pfr form and NDPK-In results in a significant increase in the kinase activity of NDPK-In. The results presented in this work indicate that NDPK-In may function as a protein kinase regulated by light.
Title: Protein Transphosphorylation During the Mutual Interaction between Phytochrome A and a Nuclear Isoform of Nucleoside Diphosphate Kinase Is Regulated by Red Light.
The following NDPK1 gene cDNA ORF clone sequences were retrieved from the NCBI Reference Sequence Database (RefSeq). These sequences represent the protein coding region of the NDPK1 cDNA ORF which is encoded by the open reading frame (ORF) sequence. ORF sequences can be delivered in our standard vector, pcDNA3.1+/C-(K)DYK or the vector of your choice as an expression/transfection-ready ORF clone. Not the clone you want?
