Results show that exogenous CTRP3 (lentivirus or recombinant CTRP3) in intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) rats demonstrates the same tendency to attenuate ICH-induced brain injury, CTRP 3 inhibits oxidative stress and improves neural function during ICH via PKA signaling, and this information may have important therapeutic value for treating brain injury.
