Overview

Trimer oligonucleotides are trimer phosphoramidites formed by connecting three predetermined nucleotides in a specific order corresponding to different amino acids. By using various trimer oligonucleotides as synthetic raw materials and adding them at predetermined positions, a DNA library that conforms to a predetermined sequence can be obtained.

GenScript provides DNA library synthesis services using trimer oligonucleotides as raw materials. These can be used for downstream library construction applications, supporting subsequent research in protein-directed evolution, antibody or peptide drug screening, enzyme optimization, AAV engineering, drug target screening and discovery, and more.
