CD73, His, Human

CD73, also known as ecto-5'-nucleotidase, is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the NT5E gene.CD73 commonly serves to convert AMP to adenosine. The enzyme consists of a dimer of 2 identical 70-kD subunits bound by a glycosyl phosphatidyl inositol linkage to the external face of the plasma membrane. The enzyme is used as a marker of lymphocyte differentiation. A  deficiency of CD73 occurs in a variety of immunodeficiency diseases.

Biological Activity Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized CD73, His, Human at 2μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate can bind AntiCD73 Antibody, hFc Tag. Test result was comparable to standard batch.Measured by its ability to hydrolyze the 5'phosphate group from the substrate adenosine5'monophosphate (AMP). The specific activity is >15000 pmol/min/μg. Test result meets the standard.
Expression System HEK293
Theoretical Molecular Weight 58.8 kDa
Apparent Molecular Weight Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 120mM NaCl (pH 7.5)
Concentration Please refer to the COA for the specific lot.
Reconstitution It is recommended that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute the lyophilized powder in ddH₂O more than 100 μg/ml.
Storage & Stability Upon receiving, the product remains stable up to 6 months at -20 °C or below. Upon reconstitution, the product should be stable for 3 months at -80 °C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
