CD123 is the alpha chain of the interleukin 3 receptor (IL-3R). It is a molecule found on cells which helps transmit the signal of interleukin-3, a soluble cytokine important in the immune system.  
 
This mRNA features: 
- A Cap 1 structure with high capping efficiency 
- Codon optimized using GenScript X5 algorithm to enhance expression efficiency 
- 100% substitution with N1-methyl-pseudouridine (m1Ψ) for improved protein expression and reduced innate immune response

Applications
Transfect 0.5μg of CD123 mRNA into one well of cells in a 24-well plate with Lipofectamine™ MessengerMAX™ (or equivalent). 24-48 hours after transfection, detect the expression of CD123 protein using flow cytometry with staining by BD Pharmingen™ APC Mouse Anti-Human CD123 (Catalog No:560087).
