TGF-β Responsive SBE reporter cells were plated at 37°C, 5% CO2 for 16-20 hours. The next day, TGF-β, serving as agonist, was incubated with reporter cells at 37°C, 5% CO2 for 24 hours. Luciferase substrate reagent was added and luminescence was measured by BioTek plate reader. Data were analyzed by GraphPad Prism® software.
