CHO-K1/Cyno HVEM Stable Cell Line

Figure 1. FACS analysis of cell surface expression of cyno HVEM on CHO-K1/cyno HVEM cells. The CHO-K1/cyno HVEM cells (blue) and the negative control CHO-K1 cells (red) were probed using PE-conjugated anti-HVEM antibody (Cat. No. 318806, Biolegend).

CHO-K1/Cyno HVEM Stable Cell Line

Recombinant CHO-K1 cells stably overexpress Macaca fascicularis TNF receptor superfamily member 14 (HVEM) on the surface. The surface expression of HVEM is validated by FACS analysis. This cell line is recommended for cell-based binding assay to screen antibodies against cyno HVEM or to measure binding affinity between HVEM and anti- HVEM antibodies.
