
Figure 1. Vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP)-induced stimulation of intracellular calcium mobilization in HEK293/Gα15/VPAC2 cell pool. The cell pool was generated by transient transfection of VPAC2 plasmid on HEK293/Gα15 cells. Then cell pool were loaded with Calcium-4 prior to being stimulated with VAPC2 receptor’s agonist VIP. The intracellular calcium change was measured by FLIPR (Molecular Devices).
