GenScript MonoRabTM Anti-DYKDDDDK Magnetic Beads are super paramagnetic beads with diameter of 70_x000D_ μm, covalently coated with a rabbit monoclonal anti-DYKDDDDK antibody. The beads are supplied as 50%_x000D_ slurry in TBS with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The MonoRabTM Anti-DYKDDDDK Magnetic Beads_x000D_ have a binding capacity of 1.5 mg DYKDDDDK-tagged protein (Size: 50KDa) per 1 ml settled beads. The beads_x000D_ can be re-used for at least 5 times._x000D_ Based on our new rabbit monoclonal antibody technology (MonoRabTM), this beads offers high binding_x000D_ capacity, high purity, and withstand stringent washing steps, especially with buffers containing high_x000D_ concentration of salt. The beads are resistant to up to 2 M NaCl, and to buffers with pH as low as 2.5.
