Description

Precut polyvinylidene_x000D_ difluoride (PVDF) membrane (8cm x 9cm) with 0.22 µm pore–size.

PVDF membrane is_x000D_ ideal for western blotting applications as well as_x000D_ for amino acid analysis and protein sequencing of small amounts of proteins. In_x000D_ addition, PVDF membranes are durable and can be stripped and reprobed without a_x000D_ loss of sensitivity or increased background. 
 PVDF membranes must_x000D_ be pre-wetted with methanol or ethanol prior to submersion in PVDF equilibrium_x000D_ buffer.
