We crossed Ptf1a(Cre/+) ;Kras(G12D/+) mice with JNK1(-/-) mice to generate Ptf1a(Cre/+) ;Kras(G12D/+) ;JNK1(-/-) (Kras;JNK1(-/-) ) mice.
