GeneRIFs: Gene References Into Functions What's a GeneRIF?
The C-terminus of ICln adopts a preferred alpha-helical organization between residues E170 and E187, and exists preferentially in extended conformations (beta-strands) between residues D161 to Y168 and E217 to T223.
Title: The C-terminus of ICln is natively disordered but displays local structural preformation.
Data show that ICln159, a truncated ICln mutant, belongs to the pleckstrin homology (PH) domain family of proteins and interacts with LSm4, a protein involved in splicing and mRNA degradation.

The following CLNS1A gene cDNA ORF clone sequences were retrieved from the NCBI Reference Sequence Database (RefSeq). These sequences represent the protein coding region of the CLNS1A cDNA ORF which is encoded by the open reading frame (ORF) sequence. ORF sequences can be delivered in our standard vector, pcDNA3.1+/C-(K)DYK or the vector of your choice as an expression/transfection-ready ORF clone. Not the clone you want?
