GeneRIFs: Gene References Into Functions What's a GeneRIF?
Purified very-long-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase (12 mg ml(-1)) was successfully crystallized by the hanging-drop vapour-diffusion method under conditions containing 100 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 150 mM sodium chloride, 200 mM magnesium formate and 13% PEG 3350.
Title: Purification, crystallization and preliminary crystallographic analysis of very-long-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase from Caenorhabditis elegans.
The following acdh-12 gene cDNA ORF clone sequences were retrieved from the NCBI Reference Sequence Database (RefSeq). These sequences represent the protein coding region of the acdh-12 cDNA ORF which is encoded by the open reading frame (ORF) sequence. ORF sequences can be delivered in our standard vector, pcDNA3.1+/C-(K)DYK or the vector of your choice as an expression/transfection-ready ORF clone. Not the clone you want?
