nrpc7-1, a partial loss-of-function allele of the gene encoding the Arabidopsis orthologue of yeast Rpc25, a Pol III subunit. A null mutation in NRPC7 is lethal, while a mutation in an intron-exon splice site junction gives rise to intronic retention in some NRPC7 transcripts, resulting in viable mutant plants.
