GeneRIFs: Gene References Into Functions What's a GeneRIF?
At4g34100 functions as a positive posttranscriptional regulator of the 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA reductase activity.
Title: The SUD1 gene encodes a putative E3 ubiquitin ligase and is a positive regulator of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme a reductase activity in Arabidopsis.
CER9 is the first described cuticle biosynthesis gene whose deficiency improves both plant response to water deficit and water use efficiency, indicating that CER9 may encode an important new cuticle-associated drought tolerance determinant. [CER9]
Title: Arabidopsis ECERIFERUM9 involvement in cuticle formation and maintenance of plant water status.
The following CER9 gene cDNA ORF clone sequences were retrieved from the NCBI Reference Sequence Database (RefSeq). These sequences represent the protein coding region of the CER9 cDNA ORF which is encoded by the open reading frame (ORF) sequence. ORF sequences can be delivered in our standard vector, pcDNA3.1+/C-(K)DYK or the vector of your choice as an expression/transfection-ready ORF clone. Not the clone you want?
