Flow cytometric analysis of untransduced T cells or CAR-transduced T cells using MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-scFv Cocktail (Min X) [iFluor 647] (GenScript, A02305).
The results show that MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-scFv Cocktail (Min X) [iFluor 647] can achieve good cell clustering for CAR-transduced T cells and show minimal non-specificity for untransduced T cells.
