Background
Target Background Atezolizumab is a fully humanized monoclonal antibody that is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It binds to the protein programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) on several tumors.
