Background
Target Background Well-characterizated antibodies against short-sequence epitope tags are common in the study of protein expression in systems.RFP-tags are composed of 15-residue peptides, VNGHEFEIEGEGEGR, derived from amino acids 22-36 of red fluorescent protein (RFP) from the Discosoma sea anemone.
